If everyone simply got the basic things their body needed on a daily basis not many people would have health issues.
There is not a shred of doubt in my mind that most people who suffer from health issues, shouldn’t have them in the first place. The body is not designed to break down and get disease…it is designed to function and perform at a high level until we are very old. From the time you are born, your body needs to get the proper fuel ingredients to do all of it’s functions. It can perform the functions without the proper ingredients for a while, but this happens at a cost, because then the body is “robbing from Peter to pay Paul.”
Missing even on of the 29 essential nutrients on a consistent basis will eventually lead to a cataclysmic health outcome (because they all work together, so missing one will lead to a problem with another and so on). It will start with something nagging…like fatigue, or muscle weakness, or restlessness, or skin problems, or indigestion, or constipation, or some other minor issue. However these aren’t really minor issues…these are the body screaming at you in the only way it can that you are on the road to a bigger problem. This is like being in a boat on a lazy river and then the current begins to accelerate at an ever increasing rate because 2 miles down river is a water fall! The waterfall is cancer and heart disease and autoimmune and diabetes and so on.
It is way way way cheaper in the long run to give your body the right fuel. Take it from me because I know this well…being healthy is inexpensive as compared to being unhealthy…in ALL aspects of life.
