This is a question that is often asked and the answer is simpler than you might think.

Think about a young child and the energy they have. They get out of bed and they are zipping around all day until they finally slow down and go to bed at night. This is how YOU are designed. If you aren’t like this (not counting caffeine) then something is missing. Our bodies need to constantly be nourished and cleansed. This is what is necessary to function optimally. How do you know if you are functioning optimally? You have high energy all day long, you pass your food regularly, and you rarely deal with health issues (and when you do, it is short in duration). There could be a little more to the story depending on your personal situation. This short video will give my personal answer.
