Spread the love

One of the biggest mistakes people make in recruiting for their opportunity, is thinking that the person they are trying to recruit is going to be “the one” that makes them successful.

This is backwards and selfish thinking. Our purpose in sponsoring other people should be to enrich THEM. By focusing our energies on how we can help them achieve their goals, they will have success. If they have success, then this will further our success. But they have to come first in our thinking.

Often I hear people excitedly talk about the people they are sponsoring by referring to them in relation to their occupation. They are excited about the fact that this person is a lawyer, or a doctor, or a business owner. This is irrelevant. Yes, it shows that this is a person who has worked hard at something, but it is less of an indicator of their potential success than other personal attributes, such as kindness, honesty, and integrity.

Look for nice people, and help them do better in life and you will do better in yours. This little video will give you some further insight into my philosophy…
