Spread the love

When I am in pursuit of a goal, I am consistently acting on it. I know that consistent steps can lead you anywhere you want to go. The other thing I consistently do is freely ponder it. I don’t think about why it can’t happen, rather I think about how I can better take my steps. Now, I don’t stop my steps to do this…I take the steps that I know work, but I also observe what is happening as I do the steps (The Process) knowing that new insights will eventually be revealed to help me be more effective. I also journal daily, so that I can capture new ideas to implement. The point is, that I focus on achievement. This is a key aspect to arriving at the goal…focusing. Here is a little excerpt that is very telling and fundamentally true:

“The person with a fixed goal, a clear picture of his desire, or an ideal always before him, causes it, through repetition, to be buried deeply in his subconscious mind and is thus enabled, thanks to its generative and sustaining power, to realize his goal in a minimum of time and with a minimum of physical effort, Just pursue the thought unceasingly. Step by step you will achieve realization, for all your faculties and powers become directed to that end.”-Claude Bristol, The Magic of Believing
