According to the Journal of the American Medical Association’s (JAMA) recent published study, The State of U.S. Health, 1990-2010:
The life expectancy in the U.S. ranks 27th out of 34 “high income” countries in the world. Its probably not coincidence that the body mass obesity indicator ranking for the U.S is also 27th, and the blood sugar ranking is 29.
At the same time, “The United States spends more than the rest of the world on health care and leads the world in the quality and quantity of its health research, but that doesn’t add up to better health outcomes.”-Christopher Murray, director of the University of Washington’s Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation.
What are we spending our health care money on if not to be healthy? I don’t believe people want to be sick and listless. I just don’t think people know the reality of whats going on. There is so much advertising that says when you have an issue use a drug to fix it, that people believe they can do whatever they want and correct any problems with drugs. But that’s not the truth. The truth is that drugs are answers to crisis situations and are best used short term. Reliance on them along with the continuance of the lifestyle that led to the need in the first place results in premature death, and even worse, premature limited life! The only thing worse than dying before your time because of self-induced health issues, is living 20 years miserably because drugs keep you alive.
The answer is simple and works for everyone…watch these videos and pass them on…awareness of the truth along with simple steps can be the catalyst of change. https://www.toddburrier.com/health-and-supplements-insight/
