Monday September 2nd a little before 2pm, Diana Nyad stepped onto the shore of Key West after a little swim….

From CUBA!

It took her 53 hours to swim the 110 miles. She is 64 years old and this was her fifth attempt to complete the task. She was also the first person to complete the swim without a shark cage.

I love these kinds of stories. The stories where someone persists UNTIL they achieve their goal. It makes me look in the mirror and say “come on Todd.”

It inspires me.

Think about it. What are you trying to accomplish? If a 64 year old woman can swim over a hundred miles simply because she decided to…what can you do?

Whatever you decide you WILL.
