You are enough.
You don’t ever have to be anyone else in order to succeed at the highest levels in the home business and referral/network marketing world. Anyone who attempts to make you be like them, is not interested in you, they are interested in themselves, and beyond that, they are lacking the depth of character to know the beauty of each individual’s uniqueness.
You do not need to talk like someone else, act like someone else, present like someone else, or dress like someone else. Unless you ARE exactly like that someone else…which is not likely. You are unique and special and blessed with your own gifting. All you have to do is be your wonderful authentic self, and develop yourself to be the best you can possibly be.

Yes, there will be areas of The Process that are less comfortable (at first) than others for you. In my case, approaching/contacting/prospecting was much less comfortable than sitting with someone to do a one-on-one. I am non-confrontational and shy by nature. This was an area of growth and development for me. The key, was to be MYSELF and take action to learn to be effective in this area.

The same will be for you. The four basic steps in The Process are simple to do. Regardless of your background, you will have a learning curve and the more you practice (do the things) the better you will become and eventually you will master each step. Success in The Process is a CERTAINTY. All you have to do is do it over and over consistently (provided you are working with a quality company and product/service).
So again. YOU ARE ENOUGH. Be your authentic self and if that is not good enough for someone else, that is the wrong person at this time.

Having said this, there is one place where you might not be enough. AND it’s not in any way personal. It’s in providing perspective for your prospect or new business partner.
Here’s what I mean. You may be the greatest person on the planet. You may be the most successful business builder in your company. You may be the most skilled presenter. Ect. Etc. Etc. You are still ONE PERSON. You can only provide ONE EXAMPLE for the other person to relate to.
I am a man. Regardless of the way I work, or how in touch with my feminine side I might be, a woman will not relate to me, like she would a woman. I am a 53 year old man. A 27 year old will not relate to me the same way they would someone their own age. I have a background of banking and bartending. People from other vocations may not relate to me as much. I am highly educated. Someone with less education might not think they can do it. And on and on and on.
You are one person and regardless of how amazing you are, you are still only one chance for another person to relate, connect, and believe
Everyone has this issue. You are one person and regardless of how amazing you are, you are still only one chance for another person to relate, connect, and believe. It is important for you to expose your prospects and new partners to other people as quickly as you can so their perspective becomes broader and the possibility becomes more real for them.
Do three-way calls with your sponsor, other uplines, sidelines, downlines. Work together for each to help all to see. Bring people to events where there is more than just you. It can be an in-home, a restaurant, a hotel or community center, a conference call, webinar, it doesn’t matter, they need to see and hear more stories so their idea of what’s possible is not just limited to you. You are enough to bring them to the table (have them get started) and you might be enough for them to see the big picture. But why take the chance? Introduce your people to others in your team and company, help them to see.
